Inspiration is all around us, if we only take a moment to look at the world!

That is how each one of our pastries begins. The inspiration may be a ripe, juicy fruit or a piece of bittersweet, dark chocolate or even a precious flower petal, which then evolves into an edible piece of art.

Some of our pastries – especially those for holiday celebrations – require two to four days to complete, depending on the design and inspiration, because everything – from the first layer up to the crowning petite, chocolate-laced decoration – is made in house.
